Accent Med Spa was launched when Dr. Brendan Dolan found that his passion for facial esthetics and physical fitness could be brought to fruition in a place dedicated to helping others achieve their cosmetic goals in a safe, caring environment. All treatments are performed under medical supervision. We are currently accepting new patients at our Wethersfield, CT location.

Dr. Dolan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and completed an AEGD residency at the VA Health Long Beach. His background in dental medicine provides an exceptional foundation for injectable and filler treatments, where anatomical precision is paramount to both safety and outcome.

A graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle and the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Dr. Dolan brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to every treatment. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Cassidy Pasqualini, RN — Aesthetic Injector at Accent Med Spa

Cassidy is a Registered Nurse with clinical experience and extensive hands-on expertise in the medical aesthetics industry. With a strong background in advanced aesthetic treatments and facial anatomy, she specializes in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, creating refined, natural-looking results that enhance each patient's features while preserving facial balance and harmony.

In addition to injectables, Cassidy is experienced in the full range of services offered at Accent Med Spa, combining technical skill, precision, and an artistic eye to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals. Known for her detail-oriented approach and patient-centered care, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve subtle, refreshed, and naturally beautiful results.

Casey Geiser, PA-C — Provider at Accent Med Spa

Casey Geiser, PA-C

Physician Assistant  ·  Aesthetic Provider

Casey graduated with her Physician Assistant degree from South College and began her career working full-time as a thoracic surgery provider. Through her experience in surgical medicine, she developed a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and clinical excellence.

She later joined the team at Accent Med Spa, where she combines her advanced medical training with a passion for aesthetics and helping patients feel confident and refreshed.
