Exion RF microneedling is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses microneedling, radiofrequency, and ultrasound technology to improve skin texture and tone, and address signs of aging. It's designed to treat the face and body of all skin types and can help with conditions such as: fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, uneven skin tone and texture, sun damage, stretch marks, enlarged pores, and skin tightening.
The treatment works by creating micro-injuries in the skin with microneedles, which triggers the body's natural healing response and collagen production. Radiofrequency energy is then used to heat the deeper layers of the skin. As the skin heals, new collagen and elastin fibers form, resulting in a smoother, firmer, and more youthful appearance.
EXION RF microneedling is guided by artificial intelligence (AI) and can reach depths of up to 8mm without fully inserting the needle. Some say that the treatment is predictable and doesn't cause discomfort. After treatment, you may experience mild side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, or minor pinpoint bleeding, but these should subside within a few days.
