Marionette Line Filler ("Puppet Lines")

Marionette lines — sometimes called puppet lines — run vertically downward from the corners of the mouth toward the chin, following the path of the labiomental crease. They're caused by a combination of volume loss, gravity, and the downward pull of the depressor anguli oris (DAO) muscle. As these lines deepen, they can create the appearance of jowling and a permanently sad expression. Filler placed along the marionette line supports the tissue, lifts the corner of the mouth, and softens the crease. This treatment is often combined with DAO Botox for enhanced lifting effect. Treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. Results last 12–18 months and vary by individual and treatment. Additional syringes are subject to additional charge.
